the road ahead
today was a pretty enjoyable day.. first period i sat in the library thinking about my life while attempting to study the nervous system (damn that nervous system stuff is hard!). it just made me realize that no matter how hard i think i can't change things, and i can never take things back.. i admit that i've made too many mistakes lately considering my situation, but i can't take them back so i guess i can just look out for them in the future. i'm sorry? for the first day in a long time i felt liberated and i realized that i shouldn't feel obligated to make any effort in fixing what's left. derek you should listen to her, because they truly come and go. everything has its time and place, and my time for this has passed. "lest we forget".. i'm not afraid anymore, for only in forgetting can i forgive myself and you. i can finally move on to what's waiting for me, and i can finally restore all that i've lost and neglected. i'm especially sorry to you, you know i never meant to hurt you, you know i never meant for everything to fall apart. i'm hoping that with time a fraction of our friendship can be restored.
onto other things, don't really remember too clearly what i did today. food and nutrition was BOOOOOOOOORING. ms bansal gave us like 5 questions.. and gave us the WHOLE period to do them, geez i think she thinks that we're stupid or something. bio was nothing special, except ms wong is CRAZY, making us memorize all this crap.. phosphodiglyercialwekfn;awjhef my BUTT! lunch was pretty funny, i went to mcdee's with daniel (this boy has the NICEST SKIN i have ever seen..) to buy my own lunch and jimmy's lunch. we came back with mcchickens and sat in the SAC room for the remainder of the period. the guys finally gave ryan his present! it was a soundcard and a whole bunch of scratch cards, i think ryan said he won 30 something bucks.. last time i checked anyway. it was funny how they thought of all these creative methods to give it to him, but never actually carried them out. during english we watched the INCREDIBLES again, and i must say the incredibles is an incredible movie. it's soooo funny, jack jack is my DEFINITE favourite though. i think dash is pretty cool too, which incredibles power would YOU want to have?
afterschool i went home and went out for the craziest jog ever.. i ran two laps around the block, then i walked to school and timed a 400m, THEN i went inside the school in hopes to find ryan and the crew so they could drive me home. willie told me they were still filming, BUT OF COURSE, i couldn't find them so i ended up jogging home too. now i can't really walk, but it's okay. i just want to be the way i used to be.. but i think it'll take some work! haven't taken gym since grade 10. after the run i went for my very first driving lesson. it was pretty SCARY.. and i sucked really badly, my driver kept leaning over to steer for me, and he kept braking for me. *sigh* i feared for his life and my own. glad that's over, i hope i'm better next time. right now i'm watching america's next top model, these girls are SOOO catty! anyway i'm dead bored. just gonna watch tv now, bye bye.

hope you like the picture frame. it's so colourful eh? whenever i walked into my room it was the first thing that stood out, because of how colourful it was against the neutral backdrop of my room. really made me smile. hope it brings the same joy to your life as it did mine for the few days it was at my house.
and if you compare the picture sizes and put the grad pic up to the frame, you'll realize how immensely stupid i am for buying that frame in the first place.
quite the story behind those pics, i remember it as if it was yesterday, probably because i don't remember much else about yesterday. grade 11, near the beginning, when i came back from england, but after school had started. took the camera to get it developed, but had 3 pics left! one we took together (turned out horribly, and has mysteriously vanished), one i took of you, and one you took of me! i guess what made the pic memorable was that it was also the same day when my hellacious grade 11 year started, starting with a few arguments with people here and there, then meeting people and yeah! the snowflakes were falling that day that got the snowball rolling. "the last genuine smile" was how i would title that picture.
